Kamloops Community Climate Action Plan
Kamloops' Community Climate Action Plan involves eight Big Moves and 24 strategies, which have the potential to reduce community Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions at a pace consistent to keep in line with global efforts to keep global temperature rise to below 1.5°C. The Plan includes an interim 2030 target, which aims to reduce community GHG emissions by at least 30% compared to 2007, and a target by 2050 to reduce community GHG emissions by at least 80% compared to 2007.
