Expanding PET bottle using 100% recycled materials

Suntory Group is promoting "bottle-to-bottle" horizontal recycling, in which used PET bottles are recycled into new PET bottles.
Suntory introduced the first PET bottle made of 100% recycled materials in the Japanese soft drink industry in 2012. Since then, we have advanced "bottle-to-bottle" horizontal recycling technology by developing the world's first "F to P direct recycling technology" that reduces CO2 emissions compared to the conventional methods. Aiming to achieve 100% sustainable bottle for all our PET bottles used globally by 2030, we are actively expanding our PET bottle products that use 100% recycled PET bottles.
We have introduced 100% recycled PET bottles for all GREEN DAKARA Yasashii Mugicha (680ml, 600ml) products, and also expanding usage of 100% recycled PET bottles for our major brands, such as Iyemon green tea and Boss coffee.
